- You should have your checkbook in hand so you know your Routing Number and Account Number.
- Also, we will need your Lender info and loan account number from your lender statement if you have it handy.

- On the Adobe E‑Sign application you can see "help notes" when you hold your mouse over a field.
- Please be sure to fill out each field.
- If you don't know the answer to a question, don't worry, just please enter a "?" question mark.
- Customer Care will review all field info with you before setting up your debits.
